  • Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.
  • Prioritize R&D parts scheduling without impacting production parts to fulfill customer demand.
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adjust schedules to accommodate delays, maintenance, or changes in demand.
  • Create N parts in SAP and align with Finance to set up cost in SAP.
  • Work with MFG MDC team to extend the parts to MFG plant(4070) in SAP.
  • Create manufacturing orders in Shopkeeper application.
  • Participate in planning meetings and communicate production status to management.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and production disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing, inventory control, or production planning (internships or part-time roles may count).
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
    • Knowledge on MES, SAP, SQL, Tableau, Databricks is an added advantage.

Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.

Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

U.S. Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $73,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
