We are looking for an Administrative Support (Maternity Leave – Temporary Worker) to join our accounting team in Olmi (Treviso).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Support Payroll and Time & Attendance processes
• Provide support to accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, VAT tasks and periodic tax filings
• Manage VAT monthly closing and reporting
• Handle periodic tax compliance (e.g., 770, F24)
• Analyze and review reconciliations and reports
• Assist with special projects related to R&D reporting, tax credits and similar initiatives
• Provide support across a broad range of general administrative activities
• Maintain desktop procedures for assigned tasks and act as back-up when needed.

Must-have Requirements

• Good level of English, written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations
• Willingness to work in a global team and in a complex, dynamic environment
• Process-oriented mindset
• Proficient use of Excel

Nice-to-have Requirements

•Understanding payroll processes

•Experience with SAP

• Knowledge of US GAAP

• Project management skills

Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively
• Strong relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently
