Key Responsibilities

Lead and solve complex customer’s HVPs to meet business needs. Engage with customers during development, transfer, ramp and HVM to understand the impact of unit process steps on fab KPI’s like yield, output and cost for a fleet of tools. Increases CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and PM/process Cpk/matching/Output optimization. Engages in strategic new application/product introduction projects to capture learnings and maximize service opportunities. Identifies opportunities and drives CIP’s to improve tool performance. Works closely with customers and field function teams. like FSO,TSE etc. to meet CSA performance KPI’s and gross margin objectives. Resolves complex tool issues utilizing analytics, equipment and process knowledge and systematic FV troubleshooting methodologies for effective root cause diagnostics and issues resolution. Captures learnings and case studies in FV knowledge base to develop new BKM’s and communicate to SBU/BU to strengthen Applied products. Supports resolution of process related escalations. Identifies opportunities for CSA renewal/upsell/penetration. Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in DDP/Etch and would like to cross module learning and solve customer HVPs.

Candidates must be fluent in Korean  both verbal and written
