Position Summary:

The position of HR Direct Specialist is an integral part of the Global HR Business Services and Operations Team, acting as the first contact window though 3C model (Call/Chat/Click to raise ticket) for internal employees, mainly cover Tier 1 requests from mainland China, Korea.

This role requires adequate knowledge and experience in HR field to offer one-stop solutions per standard procedures and SLA.

Applicant Qualification:

SKEE:

  • Demonstrate solid and strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Fluency in required foreign language (English and Korean) both oral and business writing
  • Basic Human Resource knowledge and 2+ years HR Operations Service experience will be preferable
  • HR data analysis and standard HR report processing skills per customer needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, good command of MS office skills, overseas experience will be preferable.
  • Familiar with Workday & Service Now system after training

  • Actively listen and be patient to customer needs, fully understand true request and root cause of problem with mutual respect, collaborate and align cross functionally/broadly to work out win-win/total solution for customer faster within SLA. 
  • Pro-actively look for process simplicity, automation and standardization to demonstrate the HR Shared Service CI spirit.
  • Be flexible and adapt self to customer needs and various situations, understand local culture and customs where the costumer locates.  
  • Be able to set priorities to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • As first contact window to offer One-stop solution based on standard HR processes and policies within SLA.
  • Handles & monitors employee requests through 3C model (Call/Chat/Click to raise ticket) by Service Now system.
  • Familiar with Labor Law basic knowledge & company policies and regulations to provide professional and quality solutions to employees /redirect inquiries cross function or escalate appropriately and effectively. And Ensure employee data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Tracking employee response and satisfaction rate.
  • Close the ticket timely once request resolved.
  • Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives, and inquiries.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager:
    • Consolidate various HR reports to prepare briefings, data queries, presentations.
    • Participate in HRSS projects and manage ad-hoc assignment as required
