Key Responsibilities
•    Provision underlying infrastructure to deploy server products.
•    Installation & Configuration of Windows / Linux environment.
•    Patching and redeployment of applications on digital tools.
•    Expected to troubleshoot and resolve digital tool service issues related to operating systems, and server hardware; Partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
•    Hands on experience in creating and managing storage classes, persistent volumes, persistent volume claims primitive.
•    Exceptional troubleshooting skills in evaluating cluster, Monitoring applications, application failure, cluster component failure & Networking
•    Experience in deployments and performing rolling update and rollbacks
•    Understand host networking configuration on the cluster nodes
•    Basic knowledge in installing and configuration software / builds.
•    Hands on experience in Windows / Linux operation system maintenance.

Requirements / Qualifications
•    Good experience and Knowledge of Network / Server (Windows/Linux) / Storage / DB systems build and Inter-dependencies with upstream and downstream system processes.
•    Strong customer service orientation.
•    Expertise in maintaining Windows and Linux environments.
•    Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts.
•    Effective in performing in a fast-paced environment, with high demand for troubleshooting, customer orientation, and cross-regional collaborations for short durations.
•    Prepared to travel domestically (50%) to provide on-site services for clients.
